On Sunday, New Ross RFC had a very large crowd in attendance for the Annual Minis and Youths Awards in Allianz Park. Luckily, the rain held off until just after the official proceedings were complete allowing the kids to have good fun on the Fergus Kent manicured pitches.
Lenster’s Tadhg Furlong was on hand to assist President Micheal Bailey in the official presentations while Stoney Burke and his assistants worked themselves to a frazzle on the barbeque.
All of the Mini players were presented with their medals while medals in the youth section were awarded to U17s and U19s.
