The under 15s traveled to West Offaly today despite the weather. The final score was 31 to 12 to West Offaly but it did not reflect the competitive nature of the contest. For long periods of the game New Ross rained down on the West Offaly line. Hurricane Brian O Shea was to the forefront. New Ross forward pack thundered through the Offaly defense and really put the wind up them on a number of occasions. This lead our first try from Robert O Brien when he stormed up the wing to score.
