On Monday 6th at November 7pm @ GCC for about 1.5hrs Ben Armstrong – Leinster CRO for the south east will be holding a session for all Youths Coaches.
The format will be 20 mins in a classroom and then the remaining time on the pitch.
It is important that all coaches make an effort to attend as hopeful Ben will be giving us some insight to new training techniques involving training game play as opposed to running drills.
The idea is to make this a ongoing training course for all coaches (new and old and even those that know it all) once every 6 weeks or so.
